The problem
A partner program needs a manager every week
Idle partners need a nudge and top partners need a better tier. Applications pile up and campaigns need planning.
Small SaaS teams rarely have someone for that work. The program goes quiet and partners drift away.
How OpenPromoter solves it
Autopilot does the weekly work and asks before it acts
Every week Autopilot reviews the program and suggests the next actions with a reason for each. In act mode it applies the safe kinds itself and logs them with an undo.
- A weekly review with a reason per action
- Suggest mode or act mode
- An undo on every applied action
- Notes for partners who went quiet
- Tier promotions and pauses for risky partners
- Campaigns from one sentence
- A content kit from your website
- AI never approves a payout

How it works
- 01
Autopilot runs on Monday
Weekly Autopilot reviews the program every Monday.
- 02
It lists what it found
Each suggestion names the partner and the reason. Examples are a tier that now qualifies or a high fraud score.
- 03
You choose the mode
Suggest mode waits for your click. Act mode applies messages, tier moves, pauses and approvals itself.
- 04
Every action is logged
The activity log keeps each action with its reason. Applied actions can be undone.
What Autopilot does each week
Autopilot is an AI affiliate manager that reviews your program once a week. It does six kinds of work a program manager would do. Every action comes with its reason.
Re-engages idle partners
Messages partners who have gone quiet.
Promotes tiers
Moves a partner up when their referred revenue qualifies.
Pauses risky partners
Uses the fraud score to pause a partner for review.
Approves applications
Applies your auto-approve rules to new applicants.
Proposes campaigns
Suggests a boost, bounty or contest with dates.
Prepares payouts
Builds the batch. A person still approves it.
Suggest mode or act mode
You decide how much Autopilot does on its own. In suggest mode you apply each action yourself. In act mode it applies the safe kinds and leaves the rest to you.
The safe kinds are messages, tier promotions, pauses and approvals. Campaigns and payouts always wait for you. Every applied action has an undo.
Rules the AI never breaks
Four rules hold in every mode and on every plan.
AI never moves money
It can prepare a payout batch. Only a signed-in team member approves it.
Every action is logged
Each one is stored with its reason and payload.
Every applied action can be undone
The log keeps what it needs to restore the previous state.
Outbound messages wait
Recruiter invites stay as drafts until you approve them.
AI program designer
The program designer writes your first commission plan from your real prices. It proposes the rate, duration, cookie window, hold period and minimum payout. It also suggests a referred-customer discount and partner tiers.
Each choice comes with a short reason. Edit anything before you publish.
AI partner recruiting
The Recruiter finds your first partners among the customers who already pay you. It ranks them by tenure, lifetime value and whether they still subscribe. It drafts a personal invite for each one.
With an Anthropic key it also finds creators and newsletters in your niche through web search. It keeps only real pages with citations. Approved invites go out with one follow-up after five days.
Campaigns and a content kit from one sentence
Describe a promotion in plain words and it becomes a dated campaign. The content kit gives partners copy to post in your brand color.
Campaigns
Type "double commissions for annual plans this month" and get a dated boost ready to launch.
Content kit
Swipe copy, social posts, emails and SVG banners. It refreshes when your site changes.
Assistant
Ask who drove the most MRR last month and get the number with a link to the report.
It works without an AI key
Every AI feature has a rule-based version that runs with no model. Add an Anthropic or OpenAI key when you want one. Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as Ollama works too.
Without a key the program designer starts from your cheapest paid plan. Campaigns use a parser that understands the common phrasings. Fraud scoring never uses AI.
